Signing up is simple

Having booked through our easy-to-use online portal, fill out an application on the day of your arrival. In exchange our staff will give you your own card with a unique number. For your convenience the card will be already activated, completed with 500 bonus points, and give a 5% discount at the hotel bar or restaurant.

You collect points with every visit to Domina Novosibirsk booked directly (through our website, by e-mail or over the phone). For every night at the hotel you earn 100 points which are automatically credited to your account at your departure.

The points are valid for up to one year. After this period unspent points will be automatically erased from your account.

5000 POINTS (accrued after 45 nights)	upgrade of room category (to room availability); early check-in and late check-out (to room availability); complimentary gift in your room; breakfast room service (upon request); laundry service (1 item per visit); gift from the hotel (applied one-time for the following stay after reaching this level); 15% discount at the hotel bar / restaurant.
6000 POINTS (accrued after 55 nights)	upgrade of room category (to room availability); early check-in and late check-out (to room availability); complimentary gift in your room; breakfast room service (upon request); laundry service (1 item per visit); 15% discount at the hotel bar / restaurant; a weekend stay at the Domina hotel of your choice (valid once during one year after reaching this level and pending availability in chosen hotel).
7000 POINTS (accrued after 65 nights)	upgrade of room category (to room availability); early check-in and late check-out (to room availability); one transfer to/from airport or train station; complimentary gift in your room; breakfast room service (upon request); laundry service (1 item per visit); 20% discount at the hotel bar / restaurant; a week-long vacation at the Domina Zagarella Sicily hotel (alid once during one year after reaching this level and pending availability in chosen hotel).

Upon reaching 7000 points the loyalty rewards members get a permanent discount of 10% on hotel accommodation and 20% on services at the bar / restaurant.
